Hafa Adai! Our culture has influenced us to not only prepare cultural dishes from our childhood, it has inspired us to take you back to the memories of your family gathering at the back kitchen prepping for the next Fandånggon. We bring you food made from the heart that will either take you back home or make you experience the Taste of Guam.
Red Rice
It doesn’t get more iconic than red rice. Our rice has a mild, pleasant flavor made from achote, onions and garlic.Yes, we have white rice available but if you haven’t tried red rice, you must.

BBQ Spare Ribs and BBQ Chicken
This Chamorro marination recipe comes straight from the Southern end of the island.

Beef
Our beef is thinly sliced, thoroughly seasoned and then marinated overnight in our very own family secret ingredient for a sweet and tender mouth watering bite. It will have you coming back for more!
Our Salads: Potato Salad, Crab Salad & Daigo/Cucumber Salad
You get to choose between three different salads. If you’re in the mood for seafood try our crab and broccoli salad. If you want a more traditional salad, try our potato salad. If you want to step outside of the box, try our daigo/cucumber salad with kimchi.
Pancit
No Chamorro plate is complete without a little pancit- a combination of yellow egg noodles, pork meat and vegetables.
Chicken Kelaguen
We make our chicken kelaguen with a lot of attention and love. We marinate the chicken overnight to give it a favorable taste at the end of every bite. It is then bbq’ed to perfection, chopped and mixed.

Lumpia
Lumpia is a staple dish at Chamorro parties. It’s small. Its addicting. It’s delicious. Made with pork meat.
Shrimp Patties
Shrimp patties is one of those things that never fully make it to the fiesta table. There isn’t a family member that wouldn’t need to “sample” it to “make sure it taste good”. It's a beer battered seafood, mixed vegetables and spices.
Finadene
Finadene is our go to sauce for anything and everything. It is a combination of salty, spicy and sour. Dip your meat in it or drizzle it over your rice. There is no wrong way to consume it.
Finadene Dinanche
If there was ever a secret family recipe cooked at the ranch, this is it. Prepare yourself a spicy treat!
Corn Soup
Corn soup is one of those comfort foods that will bring you back to your childhood. Many would probably remember chowing it at rosaries. It's chicken, coconut milk and corn. Those who haven’t tried it will definitely remember trying it here.
Feeding others & making the guest of honor feel special has always been a passion of ours. My husband and I have thrown more parties than you could imagine. We have cooked for church events, military events, for our huge family & for our friends. We planned, executed, hand crafted and hand drawn almost everything you see. To understand where the drive and passion comes from, we invite you into a glimpse of our lives.

Tommy & Bertina
Working for a family catering business, serving up all the local flavors to large groups of people throughout the island of Guam is where my passion for cooking was discovered. Passionate about the culinary arts, my next step into this journey was working in several restaurants at a 5 Star Hotel on Guam’s famous Hotel Strip in Tumon Bay. Throughout the 12+ years in my culinary arts experience, it’s the traditional flavors of Chamorro food that I enjoyed best and want to bring that “home cooking” and “backyard BBQ” style to the people I serve. I am grateful for my experiences and thankful for those who supported me along the way. As I start a new journey in my life with our family owned business, my new inspiration comes from the strength of my wife and kids and the spirit of keeping my Chamorro Culture alive.
